Product Service Information
For factory authorized and warranted repairs, send your Sigtronics product directly to Sigtronics Corporation. To expedite the service work, label the product, describing the problem and include your contact information. All correspondence relative to service work should include model and serial number (if applicable). Only repairs done by our factory are warranted by Sigtronics Corporation.

Frequently we can resolve problems over the telephone, so please call before sending a product in for service.

Sigtronics Service Fee
A charge of $15.00 per unit for test and evaluation is made on all non-warranty headsets and intercoms. If service work is necessary, this fee is deducted from the total cost of the repair.

For standard intercom repair (under normal and proper use) a maximum fee of $69.95 will be charged.

A Shipping and Handling charge will be added to all orders.

If a FAA 8130-3 Form is required, a fee of $15.00 is charged per shipment.
